In a decision from the Ontario Superior Court on Tuesday, Judge Markus Koehnen granted a request by the University of Toronto for an interlocutory injunction requiring protesters to dismantle a pro-Palestinian camp on the U of T campus. The judgment provides a strong template for other courts to issue similar injunctions against the encampments at other universities throughout the country.
