With reports that newly appointed Chief of the Canadian Human Rights Commission (CHRC), Birju Dattani, engaged in anti-Israel activity while an academic in London a decade ago, the CHRC finds itself at the center of yet more controversy. Recently, the federal human rights body was again accused of anti-black racism.
