One of the more low-key bizarre sagas in recent Ottawa history continues, all but unaddressed by the players involved. Bizarre as it is, though, it’s in many ways a quintessential modern Liberal snafu — as if someone deliberately set out to achieve the worst outcome and got there early and under budget.
