A Canadian-Israeli businessman was killed in the Egyptian port city of Alexandria, according to news reports.

The man, identified as Ziv Kipper in news reports, was the CEO of a company that exports frozen fruits and vegetables and was a permanent resident of Egypt, according to Al Arabiya, the Saudi state-owned news channel.
