



A Montreal Gazette investigation has revealed that a program designed for Francophone co-operation between France and Quebec has been subsidizing tuition for foreign, non-French-speaking students.
This at a time when Quebec has increased fees for out-of-province English speaking students, which is seen as a blow to the province’s Anglophone universities.
Montreal Gazette reporter Andy Riga joins the show to discuss the purpose of the subsidized tuition program, where the students are coming from, and the cost to the Quebec taxpayer.
