Maine’s Democrat Secretary of State Shenna Bellows, late Thursday, December 28, ruled that former President Donald Trump was ineligible to appear on the Republican primary ballot. She cited Section 3 of the 14th Amendment declaring that those who engaged in “insurrection” should be disqualified from election.

Her decision follows similar efforts by the <a href="https://www.libertynation.com/colorado-court-order-on-trump-read-in-full/">Colorado</a> Supreme Court.
