NextImg:Tucker Carlson Creeps Everyone Out With Trump 'Bad Little Girl' Spanking Fantasy
LOADINGERROR LOADING

Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson got extra weird at a rally for Donald Trump on Wednesday when he compared the former president to an abusive “dad” ready to bring order to his household.

Carlson, who last month hosted a Nazi apologist on his X platform show, spoke of a toddler smearing his diaper contents, a teen smoking a joint at breakfast and a “hormone-addled 15-year-old daughter” who slams her door and gives the finger.

That’s when “dad” comes home to restore order.

“Dad is pissed!” Carlson, who once admitted to lying to his viewers, said as the crowd cheered.

“And when Dad gets home, you know what he says? You’ve been a bad girl. You’ve been a bad little girl and you’re getting a vigorous spanking right now,” Carlson said. “And, no, it’s not going to hurt me more than it hurts you. No it’s not. I’m not going to lie. It’s going to hurt you a lot more than it hurts me. And you earned this. You’re getting a vigorous spanking because you’ve been a bad girl, and it has to be this way.”

Fox News parted ways with Carlson last year after the right-wing network settled a defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Voting Systems for $787.5 million related to repeated lies on the news channel about election fraud.

Court documents from the case included private messages by the network’s stars, including messages from Carlson in which he admitted that he “hates” Trump “passionately” and “can’t wait” to ignore him.

Now he’s one of the former president’s biggest boosters, speaking at events including the Republican National Convention and Trump’s rally in Georgia on Wednesday.

His comments about Dad/Trump “spanking” the “bad little girl” creeped people out on X, formerly Twitter:

My god, this is creepy AF https://t.co/A8EzB693ee

I did not think it humanly possible for Tucker Carlson to get creepier, but repeatedly enjoying saying 'you've been a bad girl' who is going to get a 'vigorous spanking' has somehow achieved that. He is the absolute worst. https://t.co/vmXwSkGa5L

Fantasizing about reducing the strong women who oppose them down to little girls they can physically spank (usually with a wink and a nod to sexual overtones) is very unsurprising coming from Tucker Carlson.

It's how rightwing male pundits have always talked about @AOC too. https://t.co/mtUlJn7Jgy

This guy is so fucking creepy what the fuck. https://t.co/fSNJpZDxfq

Carlson wants to spank bad girls. Very bad girls. Mr. Spanky. This is incredibly weird. https://t.co/hD7mcITC8E

Aside from everything that is so clearly wrong with this movement, it has to be said that those leading it are, hands down, some of the weirdest, most bizarre people on the planet. How this pitch is supposed to make us want to hand power to these people is beyond me. https://t.co/XGy5ZXkqCs

As a father of four children, including two daughters, this might be the single most disgusting diatribe I ever heard. I can't even.... https://t.co/b20p2Fk7MB

— Steve Coulson (@SteveCoulson) October 24, 2024

People are noting the creepiness.... but its also the infantilization of Americans. We're not children in need of politicians to discipline us, the people are in charge and we're hiring a president to serve us. Tucker is offering an authoritarian and unAmerican worldview. https://t.co/IBl0KhosiX
