Tatum O’Neal isn’t over the moon about being left out of father Ryan O’Neal’s will.

“Keep it, motherfucker,” the 61-year-old Oscar winner said in an interview with Variety published Wednesday.

“It’s blood money,” her son, Kevin McEnroe, chimed in.

Variety’s chat with O’Neal covered her recovery from a drug-induced stroke and coma in 2020, but the still-compromised actor, who says she’s now sober, also delved into her feelings about being denied a share of her father’s wealth after he died in 2023. The show business daily reported that she could use the money.

O’Neal told Variety that it was accounts of his violent temper and being sexually abused by one of his associates in her memoir “A Paper Life” that perhaps sealed her omission from his will.

“The first book that I wrote was just a fucking honest book,” she said. “And that’s what got him.”

The elder O’Neal died of congestive heart failure in 2023. He starred in “Love Story” (1970), a few movies with Barbra Streisand and “Paper Moon” (1973), a grifter’s tale that earned Tatum O’Neal an Oscar for best supporting actress at age 10.

O’Neal allegedly punched his daughter in a rage when she got nominated, and he didn’t, choosing to skip the Oscars while working on a project abroad.

Their tumultuous relationship continued until his death, which she mourned publicly on social media: “Me & my kids loved you so much, daddy,” she wrote. “You’ll forever be in my heart. Keep each other close, everyone. Life is a journey.”

The “Bad News Bears” star was initially devastated to learn that she was not a beneficiary, Variety wrote, but it may have helped her move on.

Kevin McEnroe, her 38-year-old son with tennis great ex-husband John McEnroe, said she is “letting go of how much space he took up in her life.”

He added, “She was defined as the person who was abused by Ryan.”
