“Late Show” host Stephen Colbert said President Donald Trump’s tariffs could have an unexpected toll on millions of Americans.

“The price of a new car could increase by as much as $12,000,” he said. “So from now on, teenagers are gonna have to try to get to third base in the backseat of a bike.”

Tariffs on aluminum could also increase the price of beer cans.

“Not to worry,” Colbert said. ”‘The Late Show’ is proud to announce our new sponsor, Sackweiser.”

With that, he pulled out a plastic sack of beer.

“You know their slogan,” he said. “Suck on a sack!”
