Seth Meyers on Wednesday roasted Donald Trump over his broken campaign promise to lower grocery prices on his very first day back in the White House.

The president has not lowered prices and inflation is actually now rising, noted the “Late Night” host. “Trump has no plan to solve any of that so now he’s acting as if he’s a helpless bystander,” he continued.

Meyers aired footage of Trump rambling last week about the cost of living, bacon and more.

Then the comedian said, “Oh man, you know he doesn’t have a plan when he starts riffing on groceries.”
