Love was very much in the air during a recent episode of Kylie Kelce’s podcast “Not Gonna Lie,” where she gave a crash course in love and matrimony.

Kelce — who tied the knot with retired NFL player Jason Kelce back in 2018 — got candid about relationships with her guest, film producer LeeAnn Kreischer on Thursday, offering up what she calls “the best marriage advice” she’s ever heard, which was to “always date your spouse.”

“At the end of the day, I truly believe you chose your spouse,” she said. “You chose to love them, you chose to let them love you, and you chose to build a life together.”

Kylie Kelce went on to say that, unlike her children or the family she was born into, her husband was a deliberate selection.

“My husband, I picked,” she said. “It’s one of those things where I’m like, ‘I’m going to keep picking you, by continuing to date you and appreciate you.’”

She noted that this ongoing act of choosing has led to something rare: personal and mutual growth, which she believes you can only witness when you’re “actively investing in your relationship.”

“I’m still learning my husband all the time,” Kelce confessed. “I know who he is as a person, but I LOVE learning him as he’s continued throughout his career, throughout just getting older, becoming a dad. It’s fascinating.”

In April, the couple welcomed their fourth daughter.

“Whoop, there she is!” Kelce captioned an Instagram photo on April 1. “Finnley ‘Finn’ Anne Kelce 3/30/2025.”
