If you believed Hilary Duff had a “picture-perfect plan” for raising children, then you have another thing coming.
On Wednesday, the actor told People that while she was snooping around her six-year-old daughter Banks’ room, she went through her diary — and found much more than she bargained for.
In an Instagram Story, Duff, a mother of four, shared a page of the diary. “My sister is the worst,” Banks wrote — and, in true kiddo fashion, most of her words were misspelled.
In the post, Duff wrote, “Poor Mae, getting dogged in Banks’ diary,” referring to Bank’s three-year-old little sister.
Duff divorced hockey player Mike Comrie in 2016, and is now married to Matthew Koma — the father of her youngest.

In May, soon shortly after the birth of their third child, Townes Meadow Bair, Koma made a cheeky joke in an Instagram caption, at his wife’s expense.
“She’s happy, healthy, chunky and looks like nobody in our genetic pool,” he wrote, “so if anyone knows of [Duff’s] whereabouts roughly 9 months ago to date, please reach out for a cash reward.”
