Birds usually fly south, but one made a detour on Fox News — right on top of Peter Doocy’s head.
While appearing live on “Fox & Friends” on Friday, the White House correspondent became an accidental landing strip for a bird who was seemingly trying to fact-check the segment.
The flapping freelancer found his way onto Doocy’s cranium just as he and host Ainsley Earhardt were discussing a Thursday Truth Social post from President Donald Trump.
“A bird just landed on my head,” Doocy exclaimed while dodging. “I did not like that at all.”
As Doocy flailed in mild terror, Earhardt, along with fellow hosts Lawrence Jones and Brian Kilmeade, burst into laughter.
One of the hosts chimed in, “Your hair’s standing up now!”
In response to the uninvited guest, Doocy dubbed the creature “dirty” and jokingly directed a plea to Trump.

“President Trump, if you’re watching upstairs, we’ve got to do something about these birds,” he said. “Can we get the shampoo guy down here?”
After Doocy’s semi-traumatic experience, the hosts all agreed before moving on to discuss Trump’s trade war with China: “That was a big bird,” Jones said.
