Fox News host Jessica Tarlov on Tuesday ripped Donald Trump for his “uncontrollable narcissism and rage” as he beat Nikki Haley by a closer-than-expected margin in the New Hampshire GOP primary for president. (Watch the video below.)

Tarlov wasn’t taking issue with his victory but rather the former president’s remarks. He said his opponent was an “impostor” full of B.S. and then insulted her dress.

“I find in life, you can’t let people get away with bullshit,” Trump said. “And when I watched her in the fancy dress that probably wasn’t so fancy come up, I said, ‘What’s she doing? We won.’”

While Haley pledged to stay in the race, Fox News’ Martha MacCallum was looking ahead to an anticipated Trump checkmate. She asked Tarlov, a rotating co-host of “The Five” and resident liberal, if Trump should be courting Haley voters.

“Well, I am certainly not an adviser to the Trump campaign,” Tarlov said to laughter.

Tarlov noted that the general election still comes down to “minute” result differences in the swing states, hinting that Trump might want to keep his sexism in check.

“It can be the difference between whether you came out and criticized your opponent’s dress, which some could interpret as demeaning a woman again, which is obviously something that he suffers from,” she said.

Any offhand comment that discourages his voters from showing up at the polls or even prompts a shift to Biden can hurt Trump, she added.

“But he has an uncontrollable narcissism and rage about him when he feels insulted,” Tarlov said. “And it’s appealing to the base.”

“But you’ve now lost a general election. You presided over the loss of the Republican Senate, the Republican House,” she said. “Abortion has been on the ballot seven times. Democrats have swept it. And he has not moderated at all. Frankly, I don’t think it’s in him to be able to do it for more than 20 minutes.”
