Joe Gatto, a former cast member on the popular prank show “Impractical Jokers,” is reportedly canceling his upcoming tour dates amid allegations of sexual assault and sexual harassment.
In a story first reported by People, the 48-year-old comedian said in a statement that he will be entering an in-patient facility “to continue working on myself.”
In his statement announcing the tour cancellation, the married father of two added that he wanted to “thank my friends, fans and especially my family for all of their support ― never more so than over the last few days.”
The tour cancellation comes days after TikTok user joozyb accused Gatto of sexually assaulting her after she met him in Milwaukee in September 2023 when she was 19.
In one video, she showed bruises on her body that she claims came from Gatto’s teeth.
Gatto denied her accusations but admitted using “poor judgment” and said “working on myself is an ongoing process.”
After that denial, a second woman came forth and accused Gatto of “inappropriate behavior” when she worked for him while he was on “Impractical Jokers.”
The woman told People that Gatto acted “flirty and handsy” at times, often told inappropriate jokes and attempted to get her to give him back massages.

Gatto also claimed he and his wife, Bessy, were in an open relationship, the woman told People.
Gatto was on 244 episodes of “Impractical Jokers” between 2011 and 2021 before leaving the show to work on issues in his personal life. He and his wife separated as well, though they reconciled in 2023.
