Heritage Store Rosewater rosewater mini face mist

Being trapped in a middle seat make me think of two things — being dry and smelling unpleasant smells. It is for this reason I like to travel with a mini gentle face spray, often this option from the Heritage Store. It's a lightweight rosewater spray that can go over makeup or directly on your skin and hair, giving you a little hydration, a nice rose scent and a general cooling, spa-like feeling. The mister gives you great coverage, and it's truly easy to spritz in an airport bathroom or even on the plane. Grab a larger bottle from Amazon, Ulta or CVS but the TSA-friendly size is only available at Amazon.

Promising review: "This is such a great product for skin. Smells great and love this mini size I can travel with. Really good ingredients. Highly recommend" — mary

Apple AirPods Pro

Really step up your travel game with a pair of Apple AirPods Pro. The active noise-cancellation feature can help you zone out and decompress from constant plane noise. They're water- and sweat-resistant, come with four different-sized silicone tips, only take an hour to charge and have up to six hours of playtime with active noise canceling. Baby crying next to you? Annoying man talking about protein gains behind you? You don't know, you have your AirPods playing Janet Jackson.

Promising review: "Unmatched sound quality and noise canceling feature. Six hours of play time on a full charge is ideal for travel. AirPods Pro case consistency provides 4 charges before the case needs re-charging via USB." — Maximus

A cult-fave and HuffPost reader-beloved lip mask from Laneige

Laneige's cult-favorite and intensely moisturizing lip sleeping mask is adored for its cushiony formula and it's the perfect way to smooth parched, flaky lips — especially on a plane. If you're not keen on pulling out a paper face mask and doing a whole skincare routine in the air, this mask is essentially a really nourishing lip balm that's unobtrusive to put on but still packs a punch.

Promising review: "I love this lip mask! It’s very subtle in scent and moisturizes like crazy overnight! No more dry cracked lips here. I’m even using it during the day on long flights or car travel." — BDR_13

Disposable no-water toothbrushes

I swear by disposable, no-water toothbrushes for feeling instantly less goblin-like when traveling. They have a little minty toothpaste pellet already in the brush head, that's activated just by your saliva, so you can give your teeth a little brush from your plane seat without needing to get up, fuss with a plane bathroom or try to brush your teeth from a bottle of water. Mid-flight and then as we're landing, I'll give my teeth a quick swipe, which is a good holdover until I can go to a real bathroom and do a full home brush. This set comes with six packets of two brushes.

Promising review: "Absolutely love these! They pack easy, there are two to a pack so it's great for my husband and I when we take overnight trips and walk off the plane feeling refreshed. Will continue to get these because they are so so convenient." — J. Chavez

A set of individually wrapped flushable wipes

Founded by body activist and author Katie Sturino, Megababe is an innovative body brand that makes a number of solution-oriented, formerly "embarrassing" body products like thigh chafe sticks and underboob sweat powder. I love what they stand for as a brand and really like bringing their individually wrapped body wipes with me on airplanes. They're 100% biodegradable and compostable, made with hyaluronic acid, apricot oil and aloe and are super refreshing and cleansing, while still being gentle. The cucumber mint scent is fresh but not overwhelming, letting you hit some sweaty hot spots on your bod before getting a real shower.

Promising review: "These are the best. I use them for long distance flights and travel to be able to freshen up. They’re also nice to have to use if I’m doing something right after work. I have very sensitive skin and they don’t bother me. They smell really good and I’ve even been asked what perfume I wear after I use one of these wipes" — Celia

A quality tumbler that keeps your drink hot or cold

To stay hydrated in the air, you may want to grab a hefty but still, travel-ready and leak-proof tumbler that retains temperature. Stanley's IceFlow tumbler is like the viral 40-ounce Quencher's sporty little sister, measuring 30 ounces and equipped with an easy-carry handle. It has a flip-up straw that's easy to drink from and fold down, making it leakproof. They also come in a ton of colors to choose from. (Remember: Just in case you forgot the drill, bring this to the airport empty and fill it with water once you're beyond security.)

Promising review: "I have two of the Stanley 40oz. cups and love them. Unfortunately, they are not easy to travel with. I trusted the Stanley name and it did not disappoint. This is the perfect size for my backpack and the straw stays put until you want a drink. Great for day trips or traveling on planes." — Pamela Prussel

We live, laugh, love La Roche-Posay at HuffPost and this mini moisturizing cream is no exception. I just picked one up at a drug store, and have really liked it. I like that there's no scent and it's really gentle, so it plays well with whatever products you already have on.

Enjoy the inflight entertainment via this handy transmitter that enables the cabin TV to link with your personal earbuds or headphones. No need to use the headphones handed out by the flight attendants or mess with the plug on the seat handle. Simply plug this in the AUX, connect it to your earbuds of choice and sit back enjoying a random episode from the second season of that Apple TV show that you only watch on planes.

Promising review: "I ordered this for my recent 15 hour flight to South Africa. I used it to hook my AirPods up to and it’s very straight forward on how to connect your Bluetooth headphones up. In my opinion, the best travel pillows are supportive, but fold down, so you don't have to walk around with a fuzzy horseshoe hanging off your bag. It's made from high-quality memory foam that gives your neck and shoulders support, letting you drift off to sleep even if your seat can't recline.
