A DJ has been jailed after urinating on a cancer patient at a social club and posting the video online.
Leigh Brookfield pleaded guilty to common assault following the incident at Llanelli tennis club in Wales.
The 40-year-old was standing next to Peter Barton, who has cancer, in the toilets when he filmed himself performing the stunt.
It was while Barton was telling Brookfield about his prostate problems that the DJ turned and urinated on his back.
The video was posted on Snapchat on Boxing Day in 2023, and the victim was unaware of what had happened until he saw the footage.
In mitigation, the court heard Brookfield was "appalled by himself" and that he wished to apologise to the victim.
Llanelli Tennis and Squash Club said it had banned Brookfield for life and described Barton as a "valued member of our club".
Brookfield was sentenced to 14 weeks' imprisonment at Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday.
