Nigel Farage has given his bone-chilling verdict outside Southwark Crown Court after small boat migrant Fayaz Khan was handed his five-year jail sentence.

The Afghan migrant was found guilty of threatening to kill the Reform UK leader in a TikTok video last year.

Sentencing judge Mrs Justice Steyn told Fayaz Khan she agreed with Nigel Farage that his threats to kill the politician were "pretty chilling".

Mr Farage thanked the judges, adding: "But the fact is that in 18 months time, this violent criminal, somebody with 17 convictions in Sweden, in 18 months time will be in this country living in a house of multiple occupancy or a hotel.

"He'd be free to walk the streets whilst his asylum claim is being judged."
