Speaking to camera, Patrick said the pair had been “looking through the railings at children playing games” in the local school park.
He explained the men told him they were from Iraq and both claimed to be 17-years-old.
However, the GB News star added that they appeared “possibly a little bit older”.
"They said they weren’t staying here, just visiting a friend,” Patrick said.
“But they’d just walked down that path, had a good look through the railings at some of the children playing and then off they went, down the alleyway.”
He also noted there was “not really a train station around here," questioning how and why the pair had ended up in the area.
