Hawaiian resident Kelsea Sheppard has told GB News of her experience on the ground as the state is hit with the first waves of a tsunami.

Speaking to Britain's Newsroom, Sheppard explained: "We evacuated to our friend's house up the hill and into a safe area. 

"It's sad we're evacuating, and hopefully there will be no danger at this point."
