Finnish President Alexander Stubb has avoided endorsing Donald Trump for the Nobel Peace Prize while sat next to him in the Oval Office.

Asked if he believes that President Trump should win the prize during a press conference, President Stubb said: "I think that is probably a decision that comes from the Nobel committee.

"There are two key pieces that have to be solved in the big picture: one, the Middle East, the other one is between Russia and Ukraine. And once those are solved, I do not see any impediments to it."
