Activist Tommy Robinson has left Britain after an altercation at a major train station in London.
British Transport Police (BTP) says a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire flew out of the country early this morning after claims of an assault at St Pancras Station on Monday night.
“Following a report of an assault... officers have confirmed that the suspect, a 42-year-old man from Bedfordshire, boarded a flight out of the country in the early hours of this morning," British Transport Police (PTS) said.
"Detectives are continuing to work closely to progress the investigation and bring him into custody for questioning.”
It comes after a video appearing to show Robinson saying "he's come at me bruv" circulated on social media.
In the video posted on social media, Robinson - whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon - can be seen pacing back and forth while another man is laid face first on the ground.
A member of the public appears to get in the way of Robinson, who is heard saying, "he's f***** came at me."
The bystander urgently calls to "get someone here quick" to help the man who appears to be unconscious on the ground.

A voice in the distance is then heard saying "come on Tommy".
The activist then repeatedly professes his innocence, saying "he f****** came at me, bruv.
"He come at me bruv, you saw that."
Robinson was handing out flyers inside the station for an upcoming protest about free speech next month.

Robinson's departure from Britain on Tuesday morning comes after the activist was released from prison in October after serving 18 months for breaching a High Court injunction from 2021.
It barred him from repeating false claims about a Syrian refugee which he admitted to breaching 10 times.
