



Three teenagers have been charged with the murder of a man in a seaside resort.
Police were called to the Warden Bay Road area of Leysdown-on-Sea, on the Isle of Sheppey in Kent, shortly after 7pm on Sunday.
Alexander Cashford was allegedly assaulted following a disturbance involving a small group of people, Kent Police said.
The 49-year-old was confirmed dead at the scene.

The force said multiple injuries to his body were reported.
A 16-year-old girl and two boys, aged 14 and 15, were arrested soon after.
The trio, who are all from London, have now been charged with murder.
The suspects cannot be named for legal reasons due to their ages.
They were remanded in custody to appear at Medway Magistrates' Court today.
A 12-year-old girl was also arrested in connection with the incident in Basildon, Essex, yesterday.
Kent Police said she remains in police custody while officers continue with their enquiries.
