Martin Daubney has launched a scathing attack on what he describes as the current state of Britain's asylum system.
Speaking on GB News, Martin said: "And once again, I'm sick of saying it, but it's true: the lunatics really have taken over the asylum system."
His comments came during a discussion with migration expert Rob Bates about the Government's failed attempt to deport migrants to France.
The deportation plan collapsed after legal challenges prevented flights from departing for two consecutive days.

Mr Bates criticised the fundamental premise of the arrangement, arguing that a simple exchange of migrants between Britain and France fell far short of public expectations.
Speaking on Britain's News Channel, he said: "Entirely predictable and it is a humiliation that Mr Starmer and this Government, quite frankly, deserved.
"First, 'one-in, one-out' is not a desirable state of affairs. I think most people in this country would now say we need hundreds of thousands out and none in.
"So a deal that simply swaps migrants between us and France is not something that should be cemented as part of our asylum system.
"Second, Starmer went into this with none of the logistical or legal changes that were needed to make sure it would work.
"And now he’s being cannibalised by his own ecosystem, those left-wing lawyers, those charities that for so long have dictated our border policies.
"The hubris with which he approached this, scrapping the Rwanda scheme, really does mean this humiliation is well deserved.
"And as critics point out, it’s looking like 'All in and none out.' Earlier on the show, I spoke to former Home Secretary Suella Braverman, who said with total predictability, this was always going to happen.
"Why? Because one of the migrants due to be deported claimed they could face torture in France. France, the very country they came from in the first place.

"This really does expose how ridiculous and over-interpreted our human rights laws have become.
"The idea that sending someone back to France, a safe country, could breach rights under the ECHR or Human Rights Act is absurd."
