NextImg:Sainsbury's presents 20 'magical' must-haves for families – full list of 'exciting and innovative' buys

Parents across the UK can breathe a sigh of relief as Sainsbury's-owned Argos has revealed what children will be clamouring for this Christmas.

The retailer's toy specialists have spent months analysing trends to identify the 20 toys that'll dominate wish lists this festive season.

As many endeavour to start their preparations early, the carefully selected mix promises to help families navigate the overwhelming world of Christmas shopping.

From budget-friendly options to bigger splurges, there's something for every price point and every interest.

The "magical lineup" – as described by Sainsbury's – showcases everything from innovative tech toys to creative play options.

Prices range from just £10 for the trendy Gui Gui slime packs right up to £140 for the exclusive Fat Brain Toys Air Toobz, which completely sold out last Christmas.

Of all the "most innovative, exciting, and sought-after toys", toy specialists at Argos predict that the Bluey Celebration Home Mega Bundle (£80) will be this year's bestseller.

Described as the "ultimate home" for Bluey and her family, it provides hours of imaginative play with the beloved pup.

The Hot Wheels Ultimate Dual Dragon Transporter costs £55, while football fans can train like pros with Soccer Dash at £50.

As for the Instant Print Tablet, the £130 toy "inspires kids to unleash their inner creator", while Sticki Rolluxe brings a "secret surprise element" for £40.
