Queen Camilla has given Melania Trump a private tour of Queen Mary’s Dolls’ House and the Royal Library at Windsor Castle.
The First Lady joined the Queen on the tour after Donald Trump departed Windsor Castle ahead of meeting Sir Keir Starmer at Chequers.
This morning, the US President bid a formal farewell to the King and Queen at Windsor Castle after they hosted his historic second State Visit.
The Trumps spent the night in the 1,000-year-old royal residence after the lavish State Banquet on Wednesday evening.

The monarch and the President shook hands before Donald Trump headed to Chequers.
The president said during the farewell: “Thank you very much, everybody. He’s a great gentleman and a great King”.

The Windsor Castle detachment of The King’s Guard turned out in the Quadrangle outside to mark Mr Trump’s departure.
Despite attending the official parting of ways, Melania stayed at Windsor Castle to undertake the private tour with Queen Camilla.
The First Lady will then join the Princess of Wales at Frogmore Gardens to meet the Chief Scout, Dwayne Fields, and members of the Scouts’ Squirrels programme as they learn about nature to achieve their ‘Go Wild’ badge.

At the conclusion of the visit, Lord Chamberlain will bid farewell to the Trumps on behalf of King Charles, before they depart the UK.
