A quaint British village has reached breaking point following a huge parking row between teachers and locals.
Teachers and parents were embroiled in a major argument in Barnby, Suffolk, and letters were left on cars calling teachers "thick" and "stupid".
Suffolk Police received a call with claims of harassment as controversy escalated around the village.
It comes after neighbours raised concerns over the lack of parking at Barnby and North Cove Primary School.

Staff and parents dropping and picking up children from the school have been parking on grass verges, clogging up the roads.
Locals have described the parking as "dangerous" and "an accident waiting to happen".
One villager has gone further, leaving insulting notes on drivers' cars.
One of the notes read: "It is not surprising that we have problems with dysfunctional children today when they are being taught by thick, stupid and inconsiderate teachers like you.
"As a teacher, you are supposed to set an example to the children of how to respect not only people but property as well.
"Your inconsiderate constant parking on the grass verge not only causes damage to the village but inconvenience to the council grass cutters.
"There is plenty of room on the road further down beyond the school or are you just too lazy to walk the extra distance."
The letter warned teachers that if they continue to park on the grass "further action will be taken".

The school said that while it understands the neighbours' anger, it will not accept "aggressive and threatening behaviour".
Andrew Aalders-Dunthorne, CEO of the Consortium Trust, said that one neighbour has been verbally abusing staff and parents and placing notes on windscreens.
He said: "We have been made aware of one resident engaging in an inappropriate campaign of intimidation towards school staff and parents/carers at the school.
"The trust has reported the harassment, and the police have visited the neighbour and told him it's not his land and he has no jurisdiction over it.
"I stress again that leaders will deal with any matters raised by neighbours with our staff and take complaints seriously, but we will not tolerate aggressive and threatening behaviour towards members of our school community."
