The cushions were sold in several retailers, including Card Factory, Clintons, Amazon, and WHSmith. One of the pillows was also sold in Tesco, which recently issued a recall.
The Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS) warned Britons of the recall.

A recall has also been issued for a toy sold in the UK due to it presenting a "serious risk of choking".
The OPSS has issued a recall for Mr Pickles Douglas the Deer Soft Toy, sold before November 15, 2024.
The toggles on the backpacks can easily detach, creating small parts that pose a choking hazard to young children.
The children's toy fails to meet the requirements set out in the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
