A primary school has been evacuated after a "malicious threat" has sparked a major police response in Wiltshire.
Officers descended on Badbury Park Primary School in Swindon at around 2.30pm earlier today following reports of the alleged danger.
A spokesperson for Swindon Police said: "We are currently responding to a report of a malicious threat at Badbury Park Primary School in Rainscombe Road, Swindon.
"Specialist officers are on the scene and the school has followed its emergency evacuation plans as a precaution.
Officers were summoned to the scene at 2.30pm earlier today
