Trigger warnings have been slapped on a children’s production of the Three Little Pigs, with parents fuming the move as “big bad woke”.
An advert for the Chichester Festival Theatre’s production of the classic tale warned that it “has a passing reference to Father Pig being gobbled by the Big Bad Wolf”.
Parents buying tickets for their three to seven-year-olds have condemned the “patronising” message.
Tim Scott, of The Freedom Association, told The Sun: “This nonsense is all too typical of taking life far too seriously.”

He said that the story is already very well-known so should be left alone.
Father of two Vaz Sayed, 52, slammed the warning - which was listed in the ‘content and themes’ section of the theatre company’s website - as “laughable” and “patronising”.
He added: “It's less Big Bad Wolf and more Big Bad Woke!”
