Norwegian has opened bookings for its summer 2026 flight programme, which encompasses more than 300 routes connecting travellers to upwards of 120 European destinations. The schedule spans from March through October 2026 and is currently available for purchase.

The carrier is bolstering its operations within the UK market, maintaining year-round direct services from four major British airports to Scandinavian capitals and prominent Nordic cities.

London, Manchester, Edinburgh and Newcastle will serve as departure points for these enhanced connections to the Nordic region.

Norwegian's chief commercial officer, Magnus Thome Maursund, said: "In our summer 2026 schedule, we've increased capacity and expanded our offering to the Nordic region, giving both leisure and business travellers even more choice."

The enhanced services represent a significant boost to the airline's UK operations. The four British airports will provide more connectivity to Scandinavian destinations throughout the peak travel season.

This expansion targets both corporate passengers and holidaymakers looking to visit Nordic capitals and major urban centres. The airline's strategy focuses on meeting growing demand for travel between Britain and Scandinavia.

British holidaymakers continue to favour the Nordic nations for their remarkable wilderness and adventure opportunities. The region attracts UK visitors with activities ranging from trekking and paddling to rock climbing and winter sports.

Scandinavia's appeal lies in its diverse outdoor pursuits, including both alpine and backcountry skiing. Water-based activities such as kayaking and sailing draw summer visitors to the region's extensive coastlines and waterways.
