M&S Foodhall has unveiled its Collection Roasted Garlic Aioli as part of an expanded summer condiment range designed to enhance outdoor dining and family meals.

The premium aioli combines olive oil, free-range eggs and roasted garlic to create a versatile accompaniment suitable for spreading, dipping and dunking.

The retailer has positioned the product as an essential addition to summer dining occasions, from casual snacks with baguettes to more elaborate dinner preparations.

The launch forms part of a broader expansion of the supermarket's condiment selection, with several new sauces introduced to stores in recent weeks.

Social media users have responded enthusiastically to the new aioli launch. "Already bought the aioli and it's delicious," one shopper wrote on Instagram.

Another customer commented: "That sounds delightful," whilst others tagged friends and family to share news of the latest addition to M&S shelves.

"Ooo, I can think of so many uses for this delight," one person remarked, highlighting the product's versatility.

The positive reception extends beyond the aioli to other new condiments in the range.

"The relish sounds amazing," one commentator noted, whilst another declared they were "over the moon about the green goddess dressing."

The expanded condiment collection includes Gochujang Mayo, which blends creamy mayonnaise with authentic Korean gochujang paste, making it particularly suited to grilled meats.

M&S has also introduced a Peach & Jalapeño Relish, described as a fruity and fiery accompaniment ideal for barbecued meat and vegetables, cheeseboards or charcuterie platters.

The Green Goddess Dressing represents a transformation of the retailer's chilled dip into a summer essential packed with chives, basil, mint and dill.

The supermarket suggests using it on salads or mixing with yoghurt to create a dip for crisps and crudités.

The new condiments arrive as M&S launches its Shred N' Share Dine In family meal deal, offering one slow-cooked main dish with four sides for £20, representing savings of up to £16.

The promotion provides meals at "just £5 a head" and features options including Carolina British BBQ Pork served with Green Goddess Slaw, Sweetcorn Ribs, Salsa Verde Potato Salad and Bao Buns.

The timing suggests strategic alignment between the condiment launches and the family dining offer, with products like the Green Goddess Dressing directly complementing meal deal components such as the Green Goddess Slaw.
