A suspected knifeman has been disarmed and handcuffed in Central London during a citizen's arrest by a private security firm.
Four officers from My Local Bobby helped tackle the man in Leicester Square after a man was stabbed and another was slashed with a weapon.
In footage filmed on their body-worn camera, security guards were heard shouting "drop the knife" at the suspect as they forced him to the ground.
He was then handcuffed before being passed over to a police armed response unit.
Two knives were recovered, and several men have been taken to hospital for treatment.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said officers were called to the scene at 1:08am on Sunday morning to "reports of a man with a knife threatening members of the public".
The force continued: "Officers attended and found four men, aged in their 20s and 30s, with injuries.
"They are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.

"A 50-year-old man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, possession of an offensive weapon, grievous bodily harm, affray and possession of a Class B drug. He was also taken to hospital.
"This is believed to be an isolated incident, and enquiries are ongoing."
The incident came just a day after the same My Local Bobby officer received a police commendation for their services.
The heroic man previously helped to save the life of the victim of a separate knife attack.

Founder of My Local Bobby David McKelvey praised his "bobbies" for their "incredible bravery and courage running towards danger, a knife-wielding suspect who had already stabbed one person and was threatening others".

| PAApproximately 50,000 knife-enabled crimes were recorded in London for the 2023/24 year.
Sir Sadiq celebrated knife crime falling by 19 per cent in the first quarter of this year compared to last year, but admitted there is a "long way to go" until he is "satisfied".
Reform UK Assembly Member Alex Wilson said: "If Sadiq Khan thinks London is getting more safe, he needs to get out more.
"The idea he points to incremental changes in just a few categories is ridiculous.
"The long-term trends under Sadiq Khan are clear: knife crime is up, theft is up, shoplifting is up, fare evasion is up, phone thefts at the highest ever seen, and just two per cent of burglaries in outer London result in a charge or summons."
