Sir Keir Starmer could be running the "last ever Labour Government" after a "disastrous" first year in power, Editor of the Sunday Telegraph Allister Heath told GB News.
Speaking to the People's Channel, Heath claimed that the Prime Minister has had the "worst first year ever" for a Government.
A year after Keir Starmer's landslide victory in the General Election, British voters have become increasingly frustrated by the Government's nine major policy U-turns, and their failure to tackle the record-breaking migrant crisis, Heath suggested.
Delivering his verdict on Labour's first year in power, Heath told GB News host Dawn Neesom: "I think it's been an absolutely disastrous year for the Labour Government.

"In fact, it's the worst ever first year for any Government, I think. Labour are failing disastrously, they're unravelling completely, they have no agenda and they are collapsing the polls."
Highlighting the announcement of a new left-wing party by former Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn, Heath declared that the move will " change politics forever in this country".
He explained: "Now you suddenly have the emergence of this new left-wing party, which I think is going to change politics forever in this country. I think it will damage Labour massively, because for the first time ever, there's going to be a party to the left of Labour and we live in very febrile times.
"There's quite a large constituency in this country, maybe 20 per cent of the public who are very left-wing. There's this fusion of extreme environmentalism, of support for Gaza, of support for much higher taxes, you know, socialism, environmentalism, it all comes together."

Predicting how the new Corbyn movement will "mop up" voters, Heath said: "There's no market for Jeremy Corbyn leading a major centre left party on 40 per cent of the vote trying to win an election, but there's a big market for 20 per cent of the public hard left that's not trying to win, that's just trying to mop up MPs, that's a protest party, that's a very pure ideological party.
"We live in a world where for many people, politics has become a substitute to religion, and that party will mop up a lot of these people."
Questioned by Dawn on whether the new party alongside the surging popularity of Reform UK will "finish Labour off", Heath agreed.
He told GB News: "I think this could potentially be the last Labour Government, because everything's changing. You've got Reform which is currently leading in the polls, which would easily be the largest party at the moment.

"The Conservative Party are in crisis because they now have a party to their right, but you see, the mirror parallel image is obviously Labour for the first time ever have a party to their left, and that is how things are changing."
Pressed on whether the next election could result in the "two main parties being finished", he added: "We're moving to a European style political system, latched on to the first past the post model.
"So potentially, both main parties could be finished, that is a possibility."
