Leader of Waltham Forest Conservatives, Emma Best has hit out after her local Labour council splashed out on high-tech toilets after increasing council tax

Speaking to GBNews she said: "It signifies that the how the leadership just don't care what residents think and what residents need.

"I mean we're not talking about toilets that cost millions of pounds, but it's what it signifies is what the leadership are ready to cut and what they're ready to save on and clearly, they're not ready to cut their comfort on toilet breaks."
