In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we reflect on the feeling of joy after experiencing sorrow.

"As Christians, we let ourselves feel the sorrow, but we don't stop there. We look for moments of joy.

"Some of us may start our day by writing down one thing we're thankful for, snd I pray that even as we grieve that God teaches us to believe that joy is not gone forever - that we can hold on till the morning comes.

"Today, as we hold on to our hope, we hold on knowing this, that sorrow does not have the final say."
