In today's GB News Daily Reflection, we look at the origin of the name 'Christian'.

"It was something of a mockery of this new band of Jesus followers - but what a great description it is.

"As Jesus prepares to leave Earth and send the Holy Spirit, this is not him fading out, but finishing the job.

"During his Earthly life, Jesus was this walking, talking, Garden of Eden, bringing light and life through the word of God wherever he went.

"But he did so only in one very small area. By ascending his holy spirit, Jesus created millions of little Christs to carry out his work all over the world.

"If we bear the name 'Christian', we're meant to be chips off the old block."
