Emma Webber, the mother of Nottingham attack victim Barnaby Webber, shares her frustration at the "catastrophic failures" that "directly lead to" Valdo Calocane not being treated properly.

Speaking to GB News, Webber said: "It's horrifying for people who are aware of the situation and have been following it for the past year or so.

"Being that family and hearing how many times that monster could have been stopped by so many different individuals, departments and actually organisations, because it's not just the NHS, there's Leicestershire Police Force and Nottinghamshire Police Force who failed as well. But yeah it's devastating."
