If you're looking for a hair dryer that thinks for itself, Chinese brand Dreame has just unveiled the brand-new Miracle Pro — and its features rival the latest
Unfamiliar with the brand?
Dreame is a smart home technology company that specialises in cleaning appliances, including cordless vacuum cleaners, robot vacuums, and other home care devices. Founded in 2017 and headquartered in China, Dreame has expanded into haircare, where it can leverage its expertise in high-speed, miniaturised motors.
The Miracle Pro comes with smoothing nozzles, a diffuser, and a nourishing essence for your hair

Unlike most of the hair dryers you'll find on store shelves, Miracle Pro is packed with Artificial Intelligence (AI) that promises to give you the kind of results you'd normally expect from a salon. For instance, it uses SmartFlow AI, which can sense how far away your hair is and automatically adjusts both the airflow and temperature to suit. You won't need to fiddle with settings or worry about holding it at the perfect distance - the device sorts all that out for you.
Dyson has a similar design in place. The Supersonic Nural will maintain the same 55°C temperature, no matter how far away you’re holding the Supersonic Nural from your head. Dyson engineers say this’ll shield your scalp from excessive heat.
The Supersonic Nura also features an LED that switches between blue, yellow, orange, and red based on the proximity to your scalp. The visual aid shows in real-time that the further you hold the Supersonic Nural from your scalp, the higher the heat to ensure the temperature reaching your hair remains at exactly 55°C.
The Miracle Pro uses dual-wavelength red light therapy at 633 and 1064 nanometres, meaning these specific wavelengths are clinically proven to boost micro-circulation in your scalp

Working alongside Dreame's smart system setup is a seriously powerful motor that spins at 130,000 revolutions per minute. That's the kind of speed that gets your hair dry in no time, and Dreame claims it can dry your hair in as little as two minutes.
The Miracle Pro is also designed to do much more than dry your hair. It features a 3D atomization module that turns nourishing essences, which are hair treatments, into an incredibly fine mist. This means the beneficial ingredients can penetrate deeply and evenly throughout your hair, reaching every strand from root to tip.

On top of that, the dryer uses dual-wavelength red light therapy at 633 and 1064 nanometres, meaning these specific wavelengths are clinically proven to boost micro-circulation in your scalp. This helps deliver oxygen and nutrients straight to your hair follicles and could promote growth.
The hair dryer comes with all the helpful attachments you'd expect, such as a diffuser and smoothing nozzles.
If you're looking to get your hands on the new dryer, it's not available in the UK quite yet. It's currently only available in the US for $399.99, and it's expected to arrive in the UK at a later date.
