Declan Donnelly issued a stark warning during Saturday night's Britain's Got Talent new series debut following sword swallower Auzzy Blood's shocking performance.
The dramatic moment came during one of the most graphic acts ever aired on the long-running ITV series, which left judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli struggling to watch.
Auzzy Blood, dressed in gothic attire and skeleton face paint, performed a series of increasingly disturbing stunts that had the judges squirming in their seats.
The three-time Guinness World Record holder pushed a twisted metal spike through his nose and out of his mouth, cackling as he approached the judges' desk.

He then inserted a plastic tube through his nasal cavity, convincing Simon Cowell to drink from it.
For his finale, Auzzy hooked himself to a rope through his mouth and nose before hoisting himself to the ceiling, causing Amanda Holden and Alesha Dixon to turn their backs in horror.
Throughout the gruesome segment, the audience screamed in terror while all four judges repeatedly averted their gaze.
Just offstage, hosts Ant and Dec were similarly squeamish about the performance - despite years of overseeing grisly Bushtucker Trials on I'm a Celebrity.

Dec was particularly uncomfortable with the routine and could barely watch, repeatedly turning his back to the stage with a pained expression.
As the routine drew to a close, Ant joined the Cowell and the audience with applause while Dec looked horrified.
His shock worsened as the crowd began chanting for Auzzy to receive the golden buzzer, which would give him an automatic place in the live rounds.
"Push the gold? I'll smash your faces in!" Dec exclaimed while his co-host burst out laughing.
Some viewers were similarly outraged with the performance and took to social media to express their outrage at the pre-watershed content, with many questioning its appropriateness for a family show.
"AUZZY BLOOD on BGT was disgusting, not entertainment, pre-watershed and a terrible example to children watching a supposed family show," one viewer posted on X.
"That is an absolute NO for me. I personally believe the fact you came onto a show like this and stuck hooks through your nose is morally repugnant and totally out of keeping with a family show," another wrote.
"I physically convulsed at this. Singlehandedly the worst thing and simultaneously the most impressive thing I have ever seen on this show," commented another viewer.
However, others were wowed by the jaw-dropping act.
"I have never watched anything on TV, let alone an act on BGT, through my fingers before. Horrifically brilliant," one wrote.
Another amazed fan added: "Wow Auzzy Blood was fantastic, that was disturbing but loved it #BGT #BritainsGotTalent."
