Charlie Kirk's widow has broken her silence and vowed to continue his movement just two days after her husband's assassination.
Erika Kirk fought back tears as she spoke on Friday evening in an address which was streamed across the platforms of Turning Point USA, the organisation founded by her husband.
Speaking from Phoenix, Arizona, Mrs Kirk could be seen in the office from which her husband would broadcast his show.
She said: "If you thought that my husband's mission was powerful before, you have no idea what you have just unleashed across this entire country and this country."

Mrs Kirk vowed: "The movement my husband built will not die. It won't. I refuse to let that happen."
She added: "No one will ever forget my husband's name and I will make sure of it.
"In a world filled with chaos, doubt and uncertainty, my husband's voice will remain and it will ring out louder and more clearly than ever."
Mrs Kirk confirmed that Turning Point's autumn campus tour will continue, despite her husband's assassination, and there will be "even more tours in years to come".

According to the organisation's website, the next stop on "The American Comeback Tour" is on September 18 at Colorado State University.
Mr Kirk's widow urged young people to get involved in the organisation, which "guides citizens through development of knowledge, skills, values, and motivation, so they can meaningfully engage in their communities to restore traditional American values like patriotism, respect for life, liberty, family, and fiscal responsibility".
She started the message by thanking law enforcement and first responders for trying to save her husband, and then catching Tyler Robinson, the suspect in the shooting.
She also thanked both JD Vance and his family, and Donald Trump and his family for their support in recent days.

Mrs Kirk, who had two young children with Mr Kirk, also spoke of his love for their family.
She said their three-year-old daughter asked "where's Daddy?" when she arrived back in Phoenix, having travelled with the Vice President and his wife onboard Air Force Two.
"I said 'Daddy loves you so much, don't worry," she told their daughter. "'He is on a work trip with Jesus so he can afford your blueberry budget'."
Mrs Kirk ended her statement by thanking those who "loved" and "supported" her husband, adding: "God bless you all and may God bless America."
