Watch as Utah Governor Spencer Cox delivers an emotional plea to the youth after delivering an update on the hunt for Charlie Kirk’s killer.

Mr Cox appeared on the verge of tears as he stressed the importance of talking about our differences rather than turning to violence.

He admits the horrific killing “pushed me to the brink” as he expressed concern about the febrile political atmosphere in America.

The Governor says he drew inspiration from Mr Kirk himself in order to “drag himself away” from the brink and continue fighting for his free speech ideals.
