



A teenage boy has been stabbed to death on a bus in Woolwich, south east London.
An investigation has been launched following the incident involving the 14-year-old on the bus route Route 472, the Metropolitan Police said.
Emergency services quickly attended the scene after receiving reports of a stabbing at 2.28pm on January 7.
The 14-year-old boy had sustained stab wound injuries, and he died shortly after medics arrived.
The bus had been going past the junction with the A205 South Circular Road

No arrests have been made so far but the Met Police are appealing for witnesses of the incident on the 472 bus.
Police cordons and road closures remain in place near Woolwich Church Road.
