NextImg:Attorney demands sense as California court ‘to allow an 11-year-old to be castrated’

Attorney Ethan Bearman has told GB News a legal proceeding in Dallas, California has left him feeling “uncomfortable”.

It relates to a mother looking for court approval to ‘chemically castrate’ her son with puberty blockers without the father’s permission in the belief that the child is transgender.

Speaking on GBN America, Bearman said he is hopeful she does not get her way.

“I am not a professional in this area, so I try and defer to those”, he said.

“But I find it uncomfortable that an 11-year-old could go through this procedure.

“I believe, based on reports I've read, that when you get older there is a bigger discussion about whether the father is involved in that child’s life or if this is a way of getting back.

“I get involved in family disputes as a lawyer and sometimes it gets really ugly, sometimes people do things to get back at others.

“I don’t know the specifics of this situation but if a doctor says a gender change or surgery is medically necessary, I look to a medical professional in this situation.”

According to the Dallas Express, Anne Georgulas is seeking affirmation from the courts to let her use puberty blockers despite opposition from Jeff Younger, the boy’s father.

The couple is divorced and the mother claims the boy identifies as a girl.

The Texas Supreme Court ruled against the father in 2022 as he sought to prevent the castration.

He previously petitioned the court to force the return of the couple’s children, whose mother had moved to California, but the court rejected his motion.

This upcoming April 25, a pro forma hearing is scheduled, but the boy’s father will reportedly not be allowed to attend.

Younger accused the Texas Supreme Court of "terminating my parental rights.

“My children are now subject to being chemically castrated in California.

“Texas is an empire of child abuse, led by Texas judges.”
