Beloved supermarket Asda has unveiled a collection of innovative cheeses, capitalising on the nation's new and exciting dairy preferences.
The retailer's latest offerings arrive as flavoured cheese experiences unprecedented popularity across the UK, propelled by viral content on platforms like TikTok.
Indeed, the #CheeseTok movement has amassed millions of views, inspiring consumers to venture beyond conventional varieties in pursuit of "premium tasting experiences", the supermarket explained.
This foodie trend has sparked remarkable consumer interest, with Asda reporting a staggering 2,000 per cent surge in searches for its Garlic & Herb Cheese Blend following a viral social media post last year.
A limited-edition British Cheddar with Sweet Roast Garlic Cheese 200g (priced at £2.50 or two-for-£4.48) emerges as the centrepiece of Asda's new range.
The "smooth and creamy" wedge combines roasted garlic jam with carefully selected spices, creating a distinctive taste experience alongside the traditional richness of mature cheddar.
It delivers what Asda describes as a "sweet, tangy, and unique flavour profile" that promises to enhance summer entertaining.
'We know that Asda customers go absolutely wild for garlic'

Product development manager of cheese at Asda, Matthew Forde, said: "We decided to bring this limited-edition product into our cheese range because we know that Asda customers go absolutely wild for garlic, with it being a popular flavour profile across a variety of our categories.
"We see customers using this cheese to spice up their cheeseboards this summer, with its real flavour bomb bringing something different to the usual spread."
In Asda's latest offering, Yorkshire Wensleydale receives a contemporary makeover with the addition of mango and ginger, retailing at £1.99 for 200g.
The Yorkshire Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger exemplifies the emerging "swavoury" trend, blending sweet and savoury elements to create a novel taste experience.
'A sweet, fruity addition to your cheeseboard'

This fusion reflects broader culinary movements, as mango increasingly features across British summer menus.
Hailing it as a refreshing addition to any cheeseboard, Matthew stated: "The sweet mango, which is a trending ingredient this summer, really complements the tangy Wensleydale cheese, and the ginger adds a touch of warmth which works well with it.
"We want to keep bringing our customers trending flavours, even within cheese, so we see this product being a big hit.
"Think a sweet, fruity addition to your cheeseboard, it's a refreshing spin on the traditional Wensleydale and cranberry, which can feel a little too festive for this time of year!"
These products join Asda's expanding speciality cheese selection, available both in-store and through online channels.
Asda's recently-launched cheese Burger Melts collection features contemporary flavour combinations designed for barbecue enthusiasts.
The range includes Hot Honey-infused options, such as the Chorizo Flavour & Hot Honey Red Leicester variety, alongside a Scotch Bonnet Chilli & Extra Mature Cheddar blend for those seeking intense heat.
A milder Caramelised Onion & Mature Cheddar option completes the offering, each priced at £2.00 per 100g pack.
These speciality melts promise to transform standard burgers with minimal effort, delivering restaurant-inspired flavours directly from the grill.
The cheesy trio, comprised of the British Cheddar with Sweet Roast Garlic Cheese, Yorkshire Wensleydale with Mango & Ginger, and an array of Burger Melts, is currently available across Asda stores and online platforms.
