Another ship in Greta Thunberg's Gaza-bound flotilla has been bombed, activists have claimed.
Footage shared by activist Mohammad Al-Zubide, who is in Tunisia, appears to show a boat off the coast of Carthage being struck by a drone, before catching fire.
Another activist, Leila Hegazy, said: “A drone just struck our boat."
The self-proclaimed "Egyptian-Italian disruptor" said: “The device is still here so no one can deny this happened. The fire was extinguished quickly and no one is injured.”
A "family" boat from the flotilla was hit in a "drone strike" also in Carthage early Tuesday morning.
However, last night, a spokesman for the Tunisian national guard cast the campaigners' claims into doubt.
"No drone" had been detected, he said, and an investigation was continuing.
Tunisian authorities quoted by Reuters said the claims "had no basis in truth" and said the explosion had originated inside the vessel, according to initial investigations.
After this alleged strike, the Global Sumud Flotilla released a statement which read: "Acts of aggression aimed at intimidating and derailing our mission will not deter us.
"Our peaceful mission to break the siege on Gaza and stand in solidarity with its people continues with determination and resolve."
GB News has approached the Global Sumud Flotilla for further comment on the most recent allegations.
