



Aldi has unveiled its latest summer beauty collection, with new Lacura Lip Balms priced at £3.49 as the "standout product".
The range, now in stores nationwide, features an array of new products alongside returning favourites.
Aldi's Lacura lip balms, which come in three flavours (Dulce De Leche, Cake Pop, and Vanilla), topped the ratings when tested by the retailer’s newly formed Beauty Club, a panel of ten specially selected shoppers.
The Aldi shoppers turned beauty insiders crowned the lip balms as their favourite product from the entire summer lineup, surpassing other new launches in the range. Members of the panel tested the full collection before delivering their verdict.
The £3.49 balms were described as "buttery smooth", "nourishing", and "subtly sweet".
One panel member offered the ultimate praise, calling them "a perfect everyday lip balm", whilst another enthusiastically declared: "Hats off, Lacura, you've bossed it."
While the lip balms reigned supreme among panellists, other shopper highlights included sculpting bronzing sticks (£4.49) and watermelon serums (£4.99), both brand new.

Beauty enthusiasts praised the creamy texture that "blends like an absolute dream" to create either contoured definition or a "sun-kissed glow with a seamless finish".
The Lacura Watermelon Serums come in two varieties: Brightening for a dewy finish and Bronzing for a golden look.
Both serums contain niacinamide and hyaluronic acid to "hydrate and brighten the skin", leaving it "luminous" all day long.

Beauty Club members called the £5 serums a "bargain", praising their "fresh watermelon holiday scent" and cooling sensation, with one adding: "My skin just drinks it in."
As well as brand-new beauty finds, Aldi shoppers can snap up returning fixtures.
Lacura Blushers (£3.99) come in Coral and Candy shades, offering buildable colour with "beautiful soft shimmer" and "warmth". Panel members noted their adaptability to "suit all skin tones".
Fake tan fanatics can snap up two bronzing buys: the Lacura Day Glimmer Tanning Face Mist and Lacura Night Shine Gradual Tanning Face Mist (both £2.99).
For skin care enthusiasts, Shimmer Hydrating Facial Mists in Champagne and Bronze (£4.49) contain vitamin E, chamomile, and green tea extract.
Members hailed them as a "summer holiday go-to" for achieving a fresh-faced glow.
Aldi's Summer Beauty range is available in stores nationwide, and unlike Specialbuys, will not be a limited-time offer.
