Misspeaking, Freudian slip or just brutal honesty. These days it’s hard to even know.

Rep. Ayanna Pressley looking like a villain from an old SciFi movie appeared at an event in defense of Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s CFPB, ranting about the evils of billionaires.

And then threw in, “we are all willing to work with anyone who’s serious about doing the work of censoring the American people and advancing progress.”

Presumably not the point that the aspiring leader of the Klingon Empire was trying to make, but then again one of the few surviving Squad members has thrown about plenty of claims about ‘disinformation’ or ‘information’ in the past which is how censors talk.

The good news is that at least for the moment, Zorn the Destroyer and her minions are no longer empowered to censor Americans. The bad news is that after submitting a bill to study reparations and rushing from one staged event to another, the aspiring tyrant of some distant galaxy is probably planning to run for something.

Hopefully it’s in another galaxy.
