The only question is how much of that will we be paying.

But sure. Why not pump another $294 million into the terror nests after all the billions we’ve already spent subsidizing them? What could possibly go wrong?

The United Nations issues an emergency appeal for $294 million to address “the most urgent needs” in Gaza and the West Bank.

The funds would be used to help more than 1.2 million people, the UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs says, stressing that aid groups do not have “the resources required to adequately respond to the full range of needs of vulnerable Palestinians.”

You could address some pretty urgent needs for nearly $300 million.

Will the money end up funding terrorists? Well, it gets deployed through “77 humanitarian partners” so the answer is probably yes. (Also the UN chart in the same pamphlet also claims that it has 100 partners. Are the other 33 non-humanitarian partners?)

Some of these (?) consist of “13 UN Agencies, 29 International Non-Governmental Organizations (INGOs), 35
Natonal NGOs (NNGOs) and the Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS).”

So yes, terrorists.

In January, 2002, Wafa Idris blew herself up on the crowded Jaffa Street in Jerusalem, becoming one of the first female suicide bombers. She was an ambulance driver for the Palestinian Red Crescent, as was Mohammed Hababa, the Tanzim operative who sent her on her mission. She left the West Bank by way of an ambulance.

On May 17, 2002, an explosive belt was found in a Red Crescent ambulance at a checkpoint near Ramallah. The bomb, the same type generally used in suicide bombings, was hidden under a gurney on which a sick child was lying. The driver, Islam Jibril, was already wanted by the IDF, and admitted that this was not the first time that an ambulance had been used to transport explosives or terrorists. According to Jibril, he was given the bomb by Mahmoud Titi, a member of the al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigade, which the U.S. State Department has listed as a terrorist organization, and which is affiliated with Yasser Arafat’s Fatah movement.

In October, 2001, Nidal Nazal, a Hamas operative in Kalkilya, was arrested by the IDF. He was an ambulance driver for the Palestinia Red Crescent, and information indicates that he exploited the unrestricted travel to serve as a messenger between the Hamas headquarters in several West Bank towns.

A bunch of the money will certainly go to UNRWA which is just Hamas in blue drag and many of its local employees are affiliated with terrorist groups.

But at least there will be funding for “Protection Against Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, Accountability to Affected People, and Community Engagement.”

Obviously, this is meant for the terrorist population, not the kidnapped Israeli women and girls.

UNRWA ia slso “urgently seeking US$ 104 million to enable its multi-sectoral humanitarian response over the coming 90 days.” It’s unclear if this is in addition to the ‘flash’ fundraiser at the UN. But knowing the UN, probably.
