While the West debates whether it can negotiate with the Iranian regime, the Islamic Republic’s state-aligned religious figures are openly raising money to kill U.S. President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu—and they’re doing it in the name of Allah.
The campaign was announced on an Islamic regime-affiliated Instagram news outlet, “On-News,” by Abdolmajid Kharaqani, a pro-regime Shia cleric and religious media activist. In his own words:
“Netanyahu and Trump must be killed as the leaders of the front of infidles.”
— Abdolmajid Kharaqani, speaking on An News
He then bragged that a successful assassination in Europe would cost only $20 million, and said a fundraising campaign is already underway on the regime’s internal networks to bankroll the killings.
Yes, you read that right: an Islamic fundraising campaign for political assassinations.
And it doesn’t stop there.
Sharia Backing, Clerical Blessings
Just days before this announcement, two of the Islamic Republic’s highest-ranking Shia clerics—Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi and Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani—issued religious rulings (fatwas) declaring that anyone who threatens Ali Khamenei’s life is a “moharebeh” (enemy of Allah). Under Sharia, that label carries a mandatory death sentence.
Grand Ayatollah Nasser Makarem Shirazi issued an official fatwa, stating:
“Any person or regime that threatens the Supreme Leader or a Shia Marja is considered an enemy of Allah, and must be fought against under Islamic law.”
The fatwa was issued in direct response to threats made by Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, with Shirazi referring to Trump as the “criminal American president” and Netanyahu as the “leader of the child-killing Zionist regime.”
Key points in Makarem Shirazi’s fatwa:
Then, Grand Ayatollah Hossein Nouri Hamedani escalated the rhetoric with a second fatwa:
“Any threat to the Supreme Leader by any individual or government is considered a threat to all Muslims and makes the offender an enemy of Allah.”
— Grand Ayatollah Nouri Hamedani
He continued, stating that an attack on Khamenei or any Shia Marja is an attack on the “pillar of Islam”, and will be met with a “harsh and crushing response” from the “faithful Iranian nation and freedom-seekers of the world.”
This time, Hamedani dropped all ambiguity, directly calling Donald Trump the ‘criminal president of the United States’, and accusing him of “murder, plunder, and supporting the crimes of the Zionist regime.”
That ruling marked the second fatwa in 24 hours, declaring global jihad in defense of Khamenei—this time with explicit calls for retaliation from all Muslims worldwide, naming Trump alone.
The Center for Elites and Top Talents of Iran’s Shia Seminaries, an official clerical institution, has now declared it is “ready, in shrouds” to carry out the fatwa-backed execution orders against Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, both labeled as enemies of Allah (moharebeh) by top regime clerics.
Regime-linked preacher Alireza Panahian, a favored mouthpiece of the Supreme Leader, put it even more bluntly:
“According to the fatwa, every Muslim anywhere in the world must risk their life to kill them.”
On July 1, Najmuddin Tabasi, a senior cleric in Qom’s religious establishment, declared:
“Trump’s hands are soaked in blood. He must be executed. He must face God’s punishment.”
— Najmuddin Tabasi, Qom Seminary Authority
He went further, invoking the fatwas above and expressing full confidence that “young zealous men will strip Trump of his security.”
These are state-aligned jurists—with real power, armed militias, and the Supreme Leader’s blessing.
State Fatwas Meet Street Hitmen
So when Abdolmajid Kharaqani says it only takes $20 million to kill someone in Europe, he’s not fantasizing. He’s quoting the going rate.
And when he says they’re raising the money, believe him.
Fatwas in Iran aren’t statements, they’re marching orders. And someone always answers the call. Whether it’s the IRGC or a hired gang, the hit goes out, and it’s backed by Sharia, cash, and political protection.
In the U.S., Iran has reportedly been utilizing criminal gangs—including members of the Hells Angels—to conduct illicit activities abroad. These gangs are contracted by the regime for surveillance, intimidation, and targeted violence. In one DOJ case, a member of Iran’s Quds Force offered $300,000 to assassinate former National Security Advisor John Bolton, relying on intermediaries within the criminal underworld to execute the plan.
In Europe, the regime has taken even further steps. British intelligence confirmed that Iran hired organized gangs to carry out a planned assault on the offices of Iran International in London. The target? An independent media outlet exposing regime crimes. MI5 admitted in 2023 that at least 15 plots to kidnap or kill Iranians on UK soil had been uncovered within just one year—all traced back to Tehran.
And the list keeps growing.
And when the regime names a target—like Trump or Netanyahu—it’s not a media stunt. It’s a bounty.
The clerics issue the order.
The IRGC wires the cash.
And somewhere in Europe or America, someone with a gun and no loyalty is handed a photo, a price, and a green light.
That’s the system Kharaqani is bragging about.
And unless it’s shut down, someone will collect.
Please remember Ali Motamed, killed in the Netherlands by a hired hitman who didn’t even know he was working for the IRGC until Dutch authorities exposed the operation.
Ask Iran International, whose journalists now live under police protection in the UK because Tehran has already dispatched gang members to take them out.
Ask Salman Rushdie, who was stabbed repeatedly on a New York stage in 2022 by a young jihadist activated by Iran’s calls for his death. Rushdie survived but barely. He lost an eye, suffered nerve damage, and nearly died.
Ask John Bolton and Mike Pompeo, both targets of Shahram Poursafi, an IRGC Quds Force operative indicted by the U.S. Department of Justice for plotting to assassinate them on American soil. Poursafi offered hundreds of thousands of dollars for the contract hits, clearly stating they were retaliation for the killing of Qassem Soleimani.
Ask the families of hostages like Emad Shargi, Siamak Namazi, and countless others—Western citizens held in brutal Iranian prisons not because they committed any crime, but because they are pawns. Tehran detains them, tortures them, and then uses them as bargaining chips in nuclear talks, prisoner swaps, and political leverage plays. These are not rogue arrests. They are part of the regime’s official hostage diplomacy.
And ask the families of those we don’t even know about yet—the ones being followed, threatened, or surveilled right now by Iran’s paid proxies in Europe, Canada, or the United States.
Because this is not a theory, it’s the regime’s business model.
And we shall continue negotiating with them.
What Part of “Kill Trump” Sounds Negotiable?
They’re raising money to kill the sitting president of the United States.
They’ve priced out assassinations in Europe.
They’ve got gangs on payroll, fatwas in hand, and hostages in storage.
And we’re still pretending this is a negotiation.
The only reason Americans don’t pay attention is that they think none of it can touch them. That’s the lie. That’s why it keeps getting worse.
And the West is too arrogant and willfully blind to admit it.
